Resin Bound install completed in Woodhall Spa. Full excavation was required, we installed a new sub base along with Plaspave Sorrento Carrara block edging, also a 14mm open textured binder course and topped off with a stunning resin bound surface.
Cappuccino was the chosen mix blend for this project which compliments the rendered property and block edging perfectly.

There is a common misconception that resin bound paving is only for big, elaborate driveways. We couldn’t disagree more, and one look at the way the front of this Woodhall Spa home was transformed with our Cappuccino mix blend will show you why.
Resin bound surfacing is perfect for any shape or size of outdoor space, giving the whole area a huge visual lift. We think our customer made a fabulous choice of colour mix here too, just look how this new driveway complements the brickwork on their home.
Take a look at the earlier pictures in the gallery, before and during this project. Under the resin mix itself is a basecourse of 14mm open graded tarmac. Open graded tarmac is composed of aggregate with very little fines and may be permeable.
It is an increasingly popular choice for hand-laid basecourses as it remains workable for longer at lower temperatures. Dense macadam contains a significant proportion of fines (material of 3mm or less).
