The customer’s existing gravel surface was excavated and removed from the site. Following this, the area was then graded and reshaped.
After the preparatory work was completed, we began to install the beautiful Ancona clay pavers from London Stone, creating a striking border for the new resin bound surface.

Paved & resin bound driveway
10-day project
Once the edgings for the resin bound area were in place, it was time to start preparing for the Ancona clay paver courtyard area. This consisted of digging to new levels and replacing the existing gully – ensuring adequate fall for surface water drainage.
Once both areas were prepared, we began to lay 60mm of 14mm open textured binder course to the resin bound area. Soon after, we infilled the courtyard area with 120m² of Ancona Clay pavers. After that section was completed, we moved on to the final surface course of 20mm of UV resin bound surfacing, in stunning Cappuccino.
This was a truly fantastic project to be invited to complete, with a finish that we are exceptionally proud of!
